This mini-album was born from a moment of frustration with slow internet, transformed into a ritual of hope and focus. At its heart is Seshat’s Signal, a song that calls on the ancient Egyptian Goddess of writing, knowledge, and technical order. The intention is to channel digital stress into creative alignment with higher wisdom.

While no results can ever be promised, these chants and songs are offered as a creative tool; a way to shift energy, ease tension, and open space for clarity. Just as Seshat once helped humans record and structure knowledge, here She is invoked to remind us that even in the digital age, there is a higher rhythm to align with.

A dramatic, tribal hymn reimagining an ancient incense recipe from sacred scrolls into a new, vegan version; sacred smoke rises into timeless song, carrying voices from ages past.

5. Dissolving a Circle of White Light (Chant)

A chant of completion, allowing the listener to dissolve the circle of white light, release intentions, and return to daily life with energies grounded and harmonized, completing the ritual.

I didn’t plan to make my first album in Spanish.
No planeaba hacer mi primer álbum en español.

It started with one song—just a lyrical experiment, written with the help of AI, inspired by a dream. That dream took me back to a time in my life filled with energy, curiosity, and a lot of unsorted feelings.

Todo comenzó con una canción—un experimento lírico, escrito con ayuda de IA e inspirado por un sueño. Ese sueño me llevó de vuelta a una época llena de energía, curiosidad y muchas emociones no resueltas.

I remembered someone I used to work with. I remembered how music felt when it was still a daily language, not just a memory.

Recordé a alguien con quien solía trabajar. Recordé cómo se sentía la música cuando todavía era un lenguaje diario, no solo un recuerdo.

That first song was “Armadura de Amor,” and it brought in more listeners than anything I’d ever posted. I was surprised. Grateful. And a little unsure what to do next.

Esa primera canción fue “Armadura de Amor,” y atrajo a más oyentes que cualquier otra cosa que había compartido. Me sorprendió. Me sentí agradecida. Y un poco insegura sobre qué hacer después.

I didn’t want to leave those listeners behind, so I wrote a few more songs in Spanish. Then a few more. Eventually, I realized—this is an album.

No quería dejar atrás a esos oyentes, así que escribí algunas canciones más en español. Luego algunas más. Finalmente, me di cuenta: esto es un álbum.

Though Spanish isn’t my first language, it is the language I studied in order to attend the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid when I was a teenager.

Aunque el español no es mi lengua materna, sí es el idioma que estudié para poder asistir al Real Conservatorio de Música de Madrid cuando era adolescente.

I didn’t speak it well, but I tried. And what I did speak—fluently—was the language of music. That year changed me.

No lo hablaba bien, pero lo intentaba. Y el idioma que sí hablaba con fluidez era el de la música. Ese año me cambió.

The country, the rhythm of daily life, the sound of voices, the feeling of being young and in love with music again. So much of that energy found its way into these songs.

El país, el ritmo de la vida diaria, el sonido de las voces, la sensación de ser joven y volver a enamorarme de la música. Mucha de esa energía se encuentra en estas canciones.

The lyrics are mine—original and written from the heart. The music and vocals were generated with AI, but the emotions behind them are deeply human.

Las letras son mías—originales y escritas desde el corazón. La música y las voces fueron generadas con IA, pero las emociones detrás son profundamente humanas.

These songs aren’t meant to be perfect. They’re meant to be honest. And full of alma.

This will likely be my only album in Spanish—but it’s one I felt I needed to make. For the people who’ve listened, for the stories that resurfaced, and for the version of me that still hears Madrid in her dreams.

When I started writing songs with AI, I had no idea my debut album would be in Spanish.

But the first time I asked AI to help me write lyrics—in a language I don’t speak fluently, but love deeply—I felt something really beautiful. Something totally unexpected. That song became “Armadura de Amor.”

There used to be a storefront on the ground floor of the Edificio España in Madrid, and if you looked through the window you’d see a life-sized suit of armor in traditional Spanish style, with a very high price tag.

I worked upstairs for a year while studying at the Royal Conservatory of Music—and every day I’d glance at that gleaming knight, standing guard like something out of a dream. The idea of bringing it home to the U.S. never quite felt right. It was a fantasy I chose not to follow—but I never forgot it. That memory became “Armadura de Amor.”

Trabajé en los pisos superiores durante un año mientras estudiaba en el Real Conservatorio de Música—y todos los días echaba un vistazo al caballero reluciente, de pie como un guardián salido de un sueño. La idea de llevármelo a EE.UU. nunca terminó de convencerme. Era una fantasía que decidí no seguir… pero nunca la olvidé. Ese recuerdo se convirtió en “Armadura de Amor.”

From “Armadura de Amor”, more songs followed—some born from dreams, others from memories of Spain or long-ago summers in California. One by one, they came together to form this album: Metros y Murciélagos.

A partir de “Armadura de Amor”, siguieron más canciones — algunas nacieron de sueños, otras de recuerdos de España o de veranos lejanos en California. Una a una, se unieron para formar este álbum: Metros y Murciélagos.

The title sounds so much more poetic in Spanish than in English (you can try an online translator if you want!). This album is a love letter to cities, symbols, rhythms, and reflection.

El título suena mucho más poético en español que en inglés (¡puedes probar con un traductor en línea si quieres!). Este álbum es una carta de amor a las ciudades, los símbolos, los ritmos y la reflexión.

These songs echo underground and above, through city streets and soaring into the sky with joyful sound.

They flow through flamenco, indie, Latin soul, and soft metal—each rooted in feeling and carried by imagination.

Even though the album is entirely in Spanish, it’s really about something beyond language: connection, memory, choice, beauty, and the quiet strength of the heart.

Hi, and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

This is the official blog for E Sylvia & AI—a creative music project that blends human lyricism with AI-generated sound. If that sounds a little futuristic, well, it is. But it’s also deeply personal. Every song starts with a feeling, a memory, or a spark of inspiration, and the lyrics are all written by me—E Sylvia—shaped by years of musical training, lived experience, and a love of storytelling.

Music has always been part of my world. I grew up surrounded by jazz and classical traditions, eventually studying at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid. But life isn’t always linear. There were years I stepped away from music—injuries to my hands and wrist, shifts in career, seasons of silence. And then, in 2024, I discovered what AI could do—not just as a tool, but as a kind of unexpected collaborator. Suddenly, I could bring musical ideas to life again.

This project is about that rebirth. About bringing together the past and the present. About using new tools to express timeless emotions.

Our debut album, Metros y Murciélagos, is a Spanish-language release that came together piece by piece—songs written from memories of Madrid, California, dreams, and long-ago love stories. You can read more about that in our next blog post. For now, just know this: every track carries a little light from the tunnel I thought I’d never come out of. And now, here we are.
